"This office is so nice and they sincerely want to help! Cory saved me $1,000’s literally! My HO insurance went up by over $4,000.00, he was able to get me even lower than what I was paying initially! Also saved me an additional $100 on my cars when I bundled. The customer service they give is AMAZING! So glad I found this office! Cory has bent over backwards to take care of my insurance needs and also help me through questions on my parents claim that is with a different agency who wasn’t as accommodating. Old fashioned Customer Service, they care!"

"Had this insurance firm for over 30 years. Now they are raising rates due to "the economy", so they say. But raise by 16%+ for economy - I get it, but this is some terrible customer service! Sad excuse to raise rates for primary drivers that have not had any claim for over 10+ years. Truth is, people that have insurance are paying for folks that don't have insurance."
